Training
Ex personnel competency (ExPC) is an important badge of all on site. ExPC is a further education, shall be based on existing electrical, instrumentation and machinery skills, including work safety, HSE, project management. Level awareness, technician, supervisor, designer and further service facilities (repair, maintenance, installation and hazardous area classification) are addressed here.
Ex lifetime tracking (ExLT)
All Ex installations and Ex documentations shall comply lifetime long with requirements of own Ex certifications, site requirements. Identification of assets and documentations shall be a good basis ExLT. For identification of assets we do recommend to use our RFID technology.

Lifetime tracking of assets and documentation inclusive all updates related to installation, site and service facilities shall be accessible to all on site. All actions on site shall be tracked and documented in order to validate explosion protection compliance lifetime long. Here we recommend to use EPDS with many international references.

Laboratory Tests
Explosion protection shall be verified even via results given by a lab. Ex Products, environment: dust / gas, repaired / overhauled items, parameters like EMC, etc. shall be subjects of testing. We do it in our own facilities.
